Want to Change Your Plan?

If you have a “qualifying event” happen in your life, you’re eligible to revise your insurance plans and flexible spending accounts within 31 days following the event. After 31 days, you must wait for Open Enrollment.

A Qualifying Event includes the birth of a baby, adoption, marriage, divorce, and/or loss of eligibility from another carrier.

Be prepared to provide documentation to support the change in status (e.g. marriage license, birth certificate, divorce decree, etc). If you’re wondering whether your event qualifies, contact Human Resources for more information.

To make benefits changes for a qualifying event, visit your Dayforce HR account via a desktop or laptop computer. On the homepage, navigate to Forms and select Life Event Declaration to get started. After completing your Life Event Declaration, you can navigate to the Benefits section in Dayforce and start your enrollment.

Eligibility & Enrollment

You’re eligible for our benefits package if you are an active full-time employee regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week. You may also enroll your eligible family members for coverage under the same plans you choose for yourself.
