Safety is one of our core values and central to everything we do. Our Group Health and Safety Policy is fundamental to our commitment to Zero Harm and the elimination of fatalities at all our operations. We recognize that none of our objectives as an organization will be reached if we fail to operate our mines and processing facilities in a consistently safe manner.

Our goal is to eliminate fatalities, health and safety incidents, and injuries in the workplace through the implementation of our safe production and wellbeing strategy and by living our iCARES values. As a responsible global corporation, we are committed to providing an enabling environment that facilitates safe production, empowering our people through effective leadership and training, and maintaining world-class safety systems and standards.

In support of these goals, since 2022 the US PGM operations has maintained two ISO certifications:

• ISO 14001, the internationally recognized standard for environmental management systems (EMS), and
• ISO 45001, the international standard that specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system.

Achieving these ISO certifications demonstrates our ongoing commitment to following robust environmental and safety regulations of the highest standard, and our overarching goal of delivering the highest-grade PGMs responsibly, sustainably and safely.
